Placing Orders
Send us an email @ thesisterscompany@gmail.com with the following information:

- Contact No.
- Email Address
- Mailing Address
- Item Name
- Colour/Size (If applicable)
- Quantity
Confirmation:
You will then receive a Confirmation Email which contains the details of your order, mode of payment and postal charges.
Mode of Payment:
We accept DBS/POSB and UOB Bank Fund Transfer.
Do notify us via email after payment has been made and you will receive an e-Receipt from us within 24 hours.
Delivery:
Items will be despatched in the shortest time possible after we have been informed of the successful transfer of funds. Please allow *2 - 5 working days for delivery.
*Delivery efficiency is subjected to time frame for deliveries adhered by Singapore Post and is beyond TSCo.'s control.
Payment Issues:
Please kindly make payment via DBS/POSB/UOB Bank Fund Transfer within 24 hours. Orders will automatically be void if we receive no response from our customers for request of extension for more days to perform transaction. Do email us to request for extension.
Customers are responsible for all postage charges unless otherwise stated.
Cost for NORMAL POSTAGE ranges from $1.00 to $2.00
depending on the weight of the items purchased.
Cost for REGISTERED POSTAGE will be an additional of $2.50.
